• Roof and floor - insulated with 200 mm mineral wool. The walls are insulated with 150 mm stone wool. Steam insulation film are tightly installed.

• 3 triple-glazed windows are installed in the house. Windows color anthracite. 

• Roof made from tin (black).

• The exterior decoration is made of painted wooden panels.

• Power supply: output electrical installation; water supply and sewerage.

The basic package not includes:

• Foundations;

• Transport

The interior is arranged individually.

We can take care of the foundations and transport.
