The basic package includes:

• The house structure is made of calibrated certified C24 wood.

• Roof and floor - insulated with 200 mm mineral wool. The walls are insulated with 150 mm stone wool. Steam insulation film are tightly installed.

• 3 triple-glazed windows are installed in the house. Windows color anthracite. 

• Double bituminous roof.

• Doors to the toilet and warehouse.

• The exterior decoration is made of painted wooden panels.

• Interior - wooden tables. The floor in the toilet is tiled, the walls are made of OSB.

• Power supply: output electrical installation; water supply and sewerage.

• Terrace.

The basic package not includes:

• Foundations;

• Transport

We can take care of the foundations and transport.
